YITH WooCommerce Deposits / Down payments

YITH WooCommerce Deposits / Down Payments allows your customers to split an order payment, leave a deposit and pay the balance at a later time.

Using it in combination with the YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce plugin, the admin can enable a percentage deposit that the customer will have to pay when accepting the quote. The payment of the balance order will be managed by YITH Deposits / Down Payments.

The customer will add product(s) to the quote as usual. When the quote is created the admin can choose if the customer should pay a deposit.

If the admins decide to add a deposit to the quote, they can set this option from the backend by editing the quote (WooCommerce > Orders).

Integration with YITH Deposits / Down Payments

The admin can enable the option and set a percentage of the deposit that will be calculated from the quote total. The customer, after accepting the quote, will need to pay the deposit.

Integration with YITH Deposits / Down Payments

The payment of the balance order will be then managed by YITH Deposits and Down Payments, that is the customer will be able to complete the payment from the My Account page as usual.

Integration with YITH Deposits and Down Payments

Please refer to the official documentation for further details about YITH WooCommerce Deposits / Down Payments settings.

YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor

With YITH Multi Vendor you can turn your e-commerce store into a marketplace (a multi-vendor platform) like Amazon or Etsy. Turn your e-commerce store into a marketplace (a multi-vendor platform) and earn commissions on orders generated by your vendors.

Thanks to the integration with Multi Vendor, the request will be automatically forwarded to the vendor that owns the product. The global administrator will receive the request only for products not related to any vendor.

To enable the quote management option for your vendors, make sure you enable the Request a quote module from YITH > Multi Vendor > Modules.

Modules

Please, note that if you want your vendors to manage quote requests, you have to enable them to manage orders from the → Vendors permissions.

Every new request will appear as a New quote request in the Orders page, both for the admin and the vendor. The vendor will be able to add products to the quote (from the backend). If the vendor adds or removes products from the quote the commission will be recalculated.

Admin side

As for orders, the admin will receive one quote request that contains as many suborders as the vendors involved. So, in the example below, the customer has added products by 3 different vendors to the quote request, so 3 sub-orders will be generated as quote requests.
