YITH Booking and Appointment for WooCommerce allows you to enable a booking/appointment system to manage renting or booking of services, rooms, houses, cars, accommodation facilities, and so on.
By integrating these two plugins, you can send a review request to customers who purchased a bookable product to invite them to leave a review about their experience. The option is available when using the Review reminder module.
You can find and manage the email settings in Advanced reviews > Emails > Review booking request. Here, you can set up the email layout, content, and configuration options.
When creating the text of the email message, you can use the following placeholders:
- {site_title}: the title of the site;
- {site_address}: the address of the site;
- {site_url}: the URL of the site;
- {customer_name}: the name of the customer;
- {customer_last_name}: the last name of the customer;
- {customer_email}: the email address of the customer;
- {completed_date}: the end date of the booking;
- {items}: the products to be reviewed;
- {days_ago}: the number of days passed from the booking end date.
