To allow users to vote product reviews as helpful, you must first enable the option Vote reviews as helpful that you find in Settings > User permissions.
To vote, they can simply click on Helpful on the review.
After voting, the toggle will change color and a message will show to let the user know their vote has been registered. To cancel the vote, they only need to click on Helpful again.
Moreover, users can also view all the most helpful reviews if you have enabled the dedicated tab in the review box.
To let users report a review they do not consider appropriate, go to Settings > User permission and enable the option Report reviews as inappropriate.
To report a review, the user must click on the Report button in the review.
After reporting the review, a message will show to let the user know that their reporting has been registered. To cancel it, they only need to click on the button again.
To give users the possibility to edit their reviews after publishing them, enable the option Edit reviews available in Settings > User permissions.
To edit their review, the user must click on the Edit button in the review.
Inside the review details, they can edit the rating, review title, review content, and add or remove files. By clicking on the Update button, the edited review will be saved.
There are different ways for users to filter and organize the display of product reviews. Let’s check them out together.
GRAPH BARS
Graph bars offer an overview of the reviews published on a product and the ratings received. By clicking on the bar of a specific rating – for example, 5 stars – only reviews with that rate will show (in the review box or a modal, based on what is configured in the plugin Settings > Style and customization).

From the modal, it is also possible to change the rating to view by selecting it in the dropdown.

To filter reviews by rating, users can either reset the filter by clicking on the Clear filter button or directly the rating in the graph bar.
MOST HELPFUL REVIEWS
Another way to filter reviews is by using the tab Most helpful reviews where users can check all the reviews voted as helpful by other users.
To show this tab, you must enable the option Most helpful reviews tab when creating the review boxes.
SORT BY
Users can also select the conditions to filter specific reviews by:
most recent
less recent
best rated
worst rated
To show the option Sort by, you must enable the option Sorting options when creating the review boxes.
When installing the plugin, a new Reviews endpoint is automatically added to the My Account page.
From this section, users can see all the reviews they left for products purchased on the site. By clicking on the product and Read, they will be redirected respectively to the product page and the published review.
