The Email list in the Review reminder module allows you to monitor and manage the reminder emails sent or that will be sent to customers to invite them to review the purchased products.
The table includes the list of all emails that have been scheduled. Here, you can see the related order (with the link that redirects to the order edit page), the date when the order was completed, the date when the email was/will be sent, and the reminder email status (on hold, sent, canceled).
From the table, you can perform the following actions:
- Clear table: you can easily empty the table for canceled and sent emails by clicking the buttons Removed canceled and Remove sent. This option can be used to help you reduce the weight of your database.
- Bulk actions: if you need to cancel more scheduled emails at the same time, you can use the bulk action Cancel schedule.
- Filter: to easily find and manage emails, you can filter them by status: On hold, Canceled, or Sent.
- Search: use the dedicated search field to quickly find orders.
To cancel the schedule individually, you can use the bin icon shown on mouseover.
Add new email
To apply the scheduling for orders that have not yet generated a review request, click the Add new button.
In the modal, you can choose whether to schedule the review reminder email for all the orders or for those placed within a specific timeframe that you can define in the related fields.
