Can I allow only registered users to review my products?

Yes, the option to allow only registered users to post reviews is available in YITH > Advanced Reviews > Settings > User permission.

How can I get support if my WooCommerce plugin is not working?

If you have problems with our plugins or something is not working as it should, first, follow these preliminary steps:

  • Test the plugin with a WordPress default theme, to be sure that the error is not caused by the theme you are currently using.
  • Deactivate all plugins you are using and check if the problem is still occurring.
  • Ensure that your plugin version, your theme version and your WordPress and WooCommerce version (if required) are updated and that the problem you are experiencing has not already been solved in a later plugin update.

If none of the previously listed actions helps you solve the problem, we invite you to ask for assistance in our support desk.

Can I override the plugin templates?

Yes, you can. Select the plugin template you want to override in the WooCommerce plugin folder, copy the concerned file and paste it into the “WooCommerce” folder in your theme on the same path (create the folder if it does not exist yet).

Does the plugin support Google review snippet?

The plugin doesn’t directly handle Google review snippet which is managed by WooCommerce to allow showing the product rating on Google search pages too.
