From the Email settings section in the panel, you can manage and customize the email sent to users when the products for which they have subscribed are back in stock.
Click on the pencil icon to access the email options.
The available options are:
- Subject: you can enter a custom text to replace the default email subject;
- Email heading: you can enter a custom text to replace the default email heading;
- Email type: choose the email type from HTML, plain text or multipart;
- Email content: enter the content of the email received by users;
- Footer text: enter the text to add as a footer for the email received by users.
Email sending
When the products are back in stock, you must manually send the email to the users who subscribed to the waitlist directly from the product edit page.
To do it, just click on the email icon in the metabox named Waitlist.
After sending the email, a notice will show to inform you about the correct sending.
Please note – Since the Waitlist metabox shows only if the product is out of stock, you must send the email before setting it back to in stock.
