You can set up a different thank you page for products, categories and payment methods by creating rules. Go to YITH > Customize Thank You Page > Rules and click on Add rules.
Product rules
When creating the rule, select Products from the dropdown, then add the product to set the Thank You Page to the field Select products.
Now choose the redirect to use from Custom WordPress Page and External URL.
You can either select the general Thank You page (or other pages you have set up) or use an external URL.
Category rules
To create the rule by category, select Categories from the dropdown, then add the category to set the Thank You Page to the field Select categories.
Now choose the redirect to use from Custom WordPress Page and External URL.

Payment method rules
To create the rule by payment method, select Payment methods from the dropdown, then choose from Direct bank transfer, Check payments, Cash on delivery and PayPal in the Select payment method option.
