Go to https://www.smshosting.it/ and register a new account.

Then go to https://cloud.smshosting.it/sms/user/securityApiInit.ic to recover the AUTH_KEY e AUTH_SECRET codes.

Now insert the codes in the related fields in the plugin settings.
