YITH Booking and Appointment for WooCommerce

YITH Booking and Appointment for WooCommerce allows advanced management of a booking system for the products of your shop. Once you have configured the prices, services, and availability, the plugin will automatically manage the product depending on the user’s choice.

The integration between these two plugins allows you to enable the sending of SMS notifications also for all the order statuses related to booking products.

After installing and activating both plugins, go to YITH > SMS Notifications > SMS Settings to set the SMS texts.

Booking statuses

You will be able to send SMS notifications for the following booking status:

  • Unpaid
  • Paid
  • Completed
  • Cancelled
  • Pending
  • Confirmed
  • Rejected
  • Cancelled by customer

This integration includes a few more additional placeholders that you can use in your SMS texts to dynamically print details related to the booking:

{booking_id} = Booking ID
{booking_status} = Booking Status
{booking_details} = URL that opens the booking details in My Account

You can also edit the content of all the Booking messages that the users will receive when an order status changes.

YITH WooCommerce Custom Order Status

Using YITH WooCommerce Custom Order Status, you can create custom statuses you can then assign to orders in your shop. You may also edit the default WooCommerce ones.

The integration with YITH WooCommerce SMS Notifications allows you to enable the SMS notifications also for all the order statuses you have created.

After installing and activating both plugins, you need to create your custom order statuses from WP Dashboard > YITH > Custom Order Status.

Then, you can enable the SMS notifications to the created custom statuses from YITH > SMS Notifications > SMS Settings.

YITH Frontend Manager for WooCommerce

YITH Frontend Manager for WooCommerce adds a frontend dashboard to your site through which the administrator and shop managers can manage orders, products, and coupons as they would do from WordPress dashboard.

The integration with SMS Notifications adds a metabox to the order detail view on the frontend, so you can send a message to the customer.

YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor

With YITH Multi Vendor you can turn your e-commerce store into a marketplace (a multi-vendor platform) like Amazon or Etsy. Turn your e-commerce store into a marketplace (a multi-vendor platform) and earn commissions on orders generated by your vendors.

If used with YITH SMS Notifications, also your vendors will be able to enable the SMS notifications for their own orders.

To enable this integration, install and activate both plugins. Then, select Receive SMS notifications about their orders in the option Regarding his/her orders, a vendor can, available in YITH > Multi Vendor > Vendors > Vendors permissions.

Then, you can choose to enable the following two sections for your vendors:

  • Enable to let vendors choose which order statuses they want to be notified about via SMS
  • ​Enable to save messages sent to vendors in main order notes

You can do that, as an admin, from YITH > SMS Notifications > Multi Vendor settings > Vendor settings, by enabling the following two options:

Your vendors will be able to configure these settings from the SMS Notifications menu in their account.

The global shop administrator is the only one who can configure the settings for the SMS sent to the users.

YITH WooCommerce Order & Shipment Tracking

YITH WooCommerce Order & Shipment Tracking allows you to enter shipping data for each order to allow users to track the status of their products.

By using the plugin in combination with YITH WooCommerce SMS Notifications, you can insert the order tracking data in the SMS notifications sent to the users.

All you have to do is insert the specific placeholders into the text fields of the messages you want to edit:

  • {tracking_number}: Order tracking number.
  • {carrier_name}: Name of the carrier entitled to ship the order.
  • {shipping_date}: Order shipping date.
  • {tracking_url}: The tracking URL that takes your users directly to the carrier’s page with the tracking information already filled in.
  • {estimated_delivery}: The estimated delivery date for the shipping.

YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce

Thanks to YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce, you can offer users the chance to ask for a quote for one or more products in your shop. Once the request is received, you can process your offer and send it via email.

The integration with YITH WooCommerce SMS Notifications allows you to enable the SMS notifications also for all the quote statuses.

After installing and activating both plugins, you need to enable a SMS service from YITH > SMS Notifications > General Settings.
