Can I save abandoned carts of unregistered users?

Yes, you can do it through the option Recover carts of guest users available in the Settings section.

What happens to the abandoned carts when users complete the purchase from a link different from the one I sent via email?

The cart will be removed from the list.

Can I export all email addresses collected through the plugin?

No, unfortunately, the plugin does not include any export feature. Yet, you can see the list of all Abandoned Carts, Recovered carts and the Email logs in the plugin settings panel.
