The plugin is GDPR compliant. In the Settings section, you can choose whether to save the abandoned carts of guest users by adding a checkbox through which they can give their consent for the use of their email.
The checkbox text can be customized through the option “Recover abandoned terms and conditions” text. For example, if you set the plugin to consider the cart abandoned after 24 hours, you should update your policies and include this time in the text.
