Recovered carts

A cart is considered recovered, when the user clicks on the link of the email that is sent by the plugin. This email redirects the client to the cart page to complete the purchase.
After that, the related entry will be removed from the “Carts” list, and the new order will be added to the “Recovered Carts” tab.

Recovered carts no coupon

If users complete the purchase using the coupon added to the email, it will be added to the¬†“Coupons”¬†column of the corresponding order.
