If your customer’s order reaches a specific threshold amount, you can offer them a coupon discount for their loyalty. Order threshold option has the following elements:
- Target value: requested number of orders to receive the email with the coupon.
- Coupon assigned: the coupon selected to send to your users with the email once they reach the threshold.
As always, you can customize the email subject and content to simply inform them about the coupon or, for example, to use the opportunity to thank them for all their orders in your shop.
This coupon is send based on the total of purchases done in the shop by a specific customer. For example, a customer who has more than 5 orders will receive a coupon.
