Settings

To enjoy all the premium plugin features, first of all, you have to enable it from the General Settings tab by marking Enable YITH WooCommerce Coupon Email System option and you will be able to see it performing.

You can also decide to allow your users to accept or reject coupons by enabling the option Allow customers to accept or reject coupons.

Please note – The plugin works only with registered users.

 

You can personalize the email type (HTML or Plain Text) from Email Type drop-down option and the email template choosing among 4 different designs, 3 customs ones, and the WooCommerce default one from Email Template option.

Moreover, you can modify the date format, as we know depending on the part of the world you are located, can be totally different, so we decided to add this little facility to make our customer’s user experience easier. You only have to choose it from the Birthday Input Date Format drop-down.

Also, once the coupons are expired, you can choose to delete those unnecessary ones by marking the option Deletion of Expired Coupons checkbox and will be done automatically.

 

 

 

First of all, you have to mark the Enable coupon sending option to make it work. This applies to all the coupon types, you have to enable the coupon sending first.

Then you can choose the coupon you want to use for this type of offer previously created from WooCommerce tab -> Coupons. A drop-down will be shown and you will be able to select it.

You can also choose how your email subject and email content is going to be. You can write a personalized message for your customers or use the default one, is up to you! Furthermore, placeholders will be available to make the email process faster and insert directly the info you want to show.

Moreover, you can send a test email to check how your fantastic coupon email would look like, you only have to fill the Test email field with the email address where you want to receive it.

After your customers first purchase, you can reward them with a coupon discount to use in their next purchases and encourage them to buy in your shop again.

If your customer’s order reaches a specific threshold amount, you can offer them a coupon discount for their loyalty.  Order threshold option has the following elements:

• Target value: requested number of orders to receive the email with the coupon.
• Coupon assigned: the coupon selected to send to your users with the email once they reach the threshold.

As always, you can customize the email subject and content to simply inform them about the coupon or, for example, to use the opportunity to thank them for all their orders in your shop.

This coupon is send based on the total of purchases done in the shop by a specific customer. For example, a customer who has more than 5 orders will receive a coupon.

Depending on the amount spent by your customers, you can send them a coupon to encourage those who didn’t spend too much yet or to reward those who always purchase in your shop and stay loyal.

Amount thresholds option specify the thresholds for which you want to send the email.
Each threshold has the following elements:

• Target value: total amount that users have to be spent to receive the email with the coupon.
• Coupon assigned: the coupon to send to users with the email once reached the threshold.

As we always say, you are free to personalize the email subject and content to send your thoughts or to use marketing strategies to catch more sale. It’s in your hands.

This coupon is based on the TOTAL amount of money spend an ALL orders EVER by a specific customers. For example, when the customer reaches an amount of $ 500,-.

If a users purchase a specific product, you can also reward them. In Coupon settings option you can choose:

• Discount type: percentage, fixed cart or fixed product discount
• Coupon discount: the amount you want to set for the coupon
• Expiry dates after coupon release: set after how many days the coupon created and sent should expire
• Minimum spent: minimum amount spent to have access to the coupon
• Maximum spent: maximum amount spent to benefit from the coupon
• Use checkboxes: Mark if you want to allow free shipping, use individual use only or exclude sale items

The coupon will be generated dynamically, single-used and it can be used only by the user who receives it.

Don’t you think is a nice feeling when people remember your birthday?

Well, with our plugin, you have to option to send a coupon code for your users birthdays. Will be as a gift and…who doesn’t like gifts?

How do users add their date of birth?

If you set up the birthday coupon in the plugin settings, then, a box will appear on the Checkout and in My Account page, where customers can select their own birthday.

Do you think happened to much time since your customer’s last purchase?

You can encourage them to purchase again in your shop sending them a coupon code.

In Days to Elapse option, you can set the number of days that have to pass from the last purchase to receive the email with this coupon.

In Coupon settings you can specify:

Besides the already 4 different templates for your emails, if you want to send emails with the “Mandrill” service, click on the “Mandrill Settings” tab you can find in the settings panel of the plugin, and add the API KEY of your Mandrill account.
Click on Enable Mandrill and it will be ready!
