Login buttons are displayed in WordPress login form, in WooCommerce pages “My Account” and “Checkout” and in any other page of your site if you use the shortcode [yith_wc_social_login] or widget YITH WooCommerce Social Login
Test if they are correctly displayed using an incognito mode or seeing it as unlogged user: they are only shown to logged users.
It is not required for all social networks: read our documentation for a right configuation of each social network.
