CRON settings
To work correctly, the plugin requires WordPress Cron. We, therefore, recommend verifying it is properly working on your site.
The emails are automatically sent to users when the time set in the template email expires and the CRON is performed. Set the time interval to send the recovery emails by entering a value and selecting minutes, hours, or days in the option Set CRON each available in Settings > CRON settings.
Extra settings
If you need your shop managers to be able to manage the plugin settings, you can do so by enabling the option Allow shop manager to manage plugin settings available in Settings > Extra settings.
