Go to the Settings tab to set the general options for the coupons that you can include in your email templates. You can use the coupons to encourage users to complete their purchase and recover carts and orders.
- Coupon prefix: enter the global prefix to identify recovered cart coupons;
- Delete used coupons: enable this option to automatically delete used coupons;
- Delete expired coupons: enable this option to automatically delete expired coupons.
In addition to these global options, you can configure coupon details when creating or editing email templates.
