User and administrator settings

From the Settings tab, you can edit the following options for the generated emails.

User settings

User email settings

  • Sender’s name: the name of the sender (the shop name, for example).
  • Sender’s email address: the email address of the sender of the email.
  • Reply to: the email address to which the possible answer will be sent.

Administrator settings

Admin email settings

  • Notify admin when a cart is recovered: if enabled, the administrator will receive an email when an abandoned cart is converted into a purchase.
  • Email heading: enter the text for the email heading.
  • Email recipient: the email address to which the email will be sent in case of a cart conversion. If you want to add more than one email address, separate them with commas.
  • Email subject: the subject of the email.
