The plugin will recognize the pending orders and send one or more emails to the customer. You can activate this feature from the Settings tab of the plugin.
- Enable pending order recovery: enable to recover pending orders.
- Delete pending orders after: set the hours that have to pass to automatically delete the order from the list of pending orders. Set it to 0 if you don’t want to delete the order.
You can check the list of Pending orders in the tab Pending orders which automatically shows when enabling pending order recovery.
You can create and manage the templates of emails sent to customers for the pending order in the Email templates.
