The plugin will recognize the orders in pending and send one or more emails to the customer. You can activate this feature from the ‘Settings‘ tab of the plugin.
- Enable pending order recovery: Enable recovery of pending orders.
- Delete pending orders after: Hours that have to pass to automatically delete the order from the pending orders list. Set to 0 if you don’t want to delete the order.
- Recover pending orders and carts of: Either all users or only specific users of your choice.
- Choose user role(s): Choose which users can recover their orders and carts.
You can see the list of Pending orders from the tab ‘Pending orders‘. The tab appears automatically when enabling pending order recovery.
Under the ‘Email templates’ tab the administrator can create and manage the email templates. These will be sent to customers of the pending order.
