With YITH WooCommerce Tab Manager, you can create custom tabs and add them to your product pages.
The two plugins can be perfectly integrated allowing you to manage the tabs in frontend manager dashboard.
After installing and activating both plugins, the Tab Manager menu will be added to the Frontend Manager panel, through which you can edit and add tabs for your products.
