I have troubles with the list subscriptions, how can I understand the reason why and see the unsuccessful registrations?

Access to your MailChimp account and select the option Account. Now open the Extras menu and go to the API Keys page. In the bottom of the page, you wil find a summarizing table about all the requests for your list.

Where can I find my API key?

You just have to register on MailChimp.com and visit the following page: http://admin.mailchimp.com/account/api/

Is it possible to subscribe users automatically?

Sure, you just have to select the list in which you want to register the users, and deactivate the visualization of the “newsletter subscription” checkbox.

Is it possible to subscribe users at the “Order completed” stage?

Sure, you just have to select the voice “Order completed” in the “Register after” option.

I can’t see my list in the dedicated list table.

Try to press the “Update lists” button near the select.

How can I get support if my WooCommerce plugin is not working?

If you have problems with our plugins or something is not working as it should, first follow this preliminary steps:
