Our plugin supports WPML translation plugin to have a multilingual site. Using the integration with YITH Catalog Mode, whenever you select any of the supported forms in the Form to show option in YITH Catalog Mode > Inquiry Form > General options, you will be able to add a custom form for each language you have enabled in your site:
