From the block settings > Rules you will be able to choose on which products the options block will show and users who will be able to see them.
Show this block on:
- Specific products
- Products of specific categories: you will be able to select one or more categories. You can exclude some products from this setup, if needed.
- All products: you will be able to exclude some products if needed.
Show options to:
- All users
- Only guest users
- Only logged-in users
- Only to specific user roles. For example, you may want to show the customization options only to your Shop Managers:
