  • Form action<\/b>: “action” attribute of the form (custom type);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Request method<\/b>: “method” attribute of the form (custom type);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Show name field<\/b>: show field “name” in the form (custom type);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Name field label<\/b>: label for the field “name” (custom type);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • “Name” attribute of the Name field<\/b>: value for the attribute “name” of the form (custom type);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Email field label<\/b>: label for the field “email”;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
