Each vendor will only be able to see their suborder, whereas the admin can see them all.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Among permissions, you can also enable the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#refunds\">Manage refunds<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#email-to-customers\">Send emails to the customers<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#edit-custom-fields\">Edit custom fields<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#customer-info\">See customer info in the order details<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#payment-info\">See payment info in the order details<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>See billing and shipping info in the order details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"refunds\">Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds for vendors will be managed through the standard WooCommerce system, so it&#8217;s a manual system that works exactly like for the admin. \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Parent order and suborder synchronization<\/strong>: enable this option to synchronize all of the changes made to parent orders with the vendors&#8217; individual suborders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suborder and parent order statuses synchronization<\/strong>: enable this option to update the parent order status when editing the suborder status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How is the parent order status set when the suborder status changes?&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If all suborders are set to completed, the parent order gets the <em>completed&nbsp;<\/em>status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If all suborders are set to refunded, the parent order gets the <em>refunded&nbsp;<\/em>status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If some suborders are completed and other refunded, the parent order status is set to&nbsp;<em>completed.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If suborders have different statuses, the parent order gets the <em>processing <\/em>status.<em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"orders-from-backend\">Creating orders from the backend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An admin or shop manager can create orders from the backend and add products by one or multiple vendors.
