{"id":949,"date":"2022-03-09T13:50:33","date_gmt":"2022-03-09T13:50:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/docs.yithemes.com\/yith-woocommerce-affiliates\/?p=949"},"modified":"2023-10-24T14:59:03","modified_gmt":"2023-10-24T14:59:03","slug":"manual-payment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/docs.yithemes.com\/yith-woocommerce-affiliates\/premium-version-settings\/payments\/manual-payment\/","title":{"rendered":"Manual payment"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you want to create payments manually, you can do the following. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the commissions list page, you can filter and select the commissions by status, affiliate, product, date and from the bulk actions select &#8220;<strong>Create a payment manually<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plugin will automatically group the commissions of each affiliate user (so calculate the total amount to be paid) and create one payment record for each affiliate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The manual payment record will be automatically set to the <strong>On hold<\/strong> status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-light-blue-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Example<\/strong>: you want to manually generate a payment record for all the <em>pending<\/em> commissions <i>older than 30 days<\/i>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can first click on the &#8220;Pending&#8221;
