By default, all reviews left by users require the admin’s approval before being published and visible on the products. You can change this behavior by automatically approving reviews in Settings > General options<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, yet, we now analyze how to manage pending reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Main overview > All reviews<\/em> and click on Pending<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, you will get an overview of all the reviews, ordered by date, that need the admin’s approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can either approve pending reviews one by one by clicking on the related one in the column Product<\/strong> or massively through a bulk action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approve a single review<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

After clicking on the review, you can check its content and all the other details from the edit page. The approval can be easily performed by selecting Approve<\/em> in the review actions or by changing the status in the Review status<\/strong> metabox. Select the status you want to apply and click on Update review<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To quickly approve more pending reviews, you can take advantage of the bulk action. Select the reviews, choose Approve<\/em>, and click on Apply<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n
