The Blocklist<\/strong> in the Review reminder<\/strong> module allows you to monitor and manage the users who didn’t give their consent to receive review reminder emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the table, you can see the customers and their email addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To remove a user from the blocklist, you can click on the bin icon that shows on mouseover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet, if you need to remove more users, you can use the dedicated bulk action<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

In addition to not giving their consent during the checkout, users are automatically added to the blocklist also when unsubscribing from the link provided in the review reminder emails.<\/p>\n\n\n

They will be redirected to the Unsubscribe<\/em> page where they’ll need to confirm their email address in order to succesfully unsubscribe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
