This section, which you can find in Review boxes > Review criteria<\/strong>, is where you can create rating criteria for your products. This will allow users to provide more detailed evaluation, similar to what you find when leaving a review for a hotel room, where users can rate various aspects of the booking, such as location, cleanliness, staff, and services offered. This feature can now be expanded to any product in your shop. Here’s how you can take advantage of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Review Boxes > Review criteria<\/em> and click on the Add criteria<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, from the modal window, set the criterion name and, optionally, upload an icon.<\/p>\n\n\n

There is no limit on the number of criteria you can create. After creating them, they will show in the table where it is also possible to search them through the search field.<\/p>\n\n\n

Each criterion can be deleted or edited by clicking on the specific icons shown on mouse hover. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Priority<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

When more review boxes are active, they will show based on the following default priority:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Virtual products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Specific products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Specific categories<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Specific tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n
