  1. Access at\u00a0https:\/\/developer.paypal.com\/<\/a>\u00a0using your PayPal account credentials and access your dashboard<\/a>\n

  2. Click on My Apps & Credentials -> Manage NVP\/SOAP API<\/strong><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Log in, as requested, and click on “New Application”\u00a0<\/b>.<\/a>\n

     <\/li>\n

  4. Assign a title to this app<\/a>\n

     <\/li>\n

  5. Open the Adaptive Payments<\/strong> section and enable the “Basic Payments”<\/b> and
    \n“Chained Payments”<\/b> methods. Without doing this, the plugin wouldn’t be able to work.<\/p>\n

    \nIn order to use the chance to apply a delay to the payment of commissions with the Chained<\/i> method, enable “Delayed”<\/b>.<\/p>\n
